Challenge.

Whitby Morrison, the world’s leading ice cream van manufacturer, needed a modern website that reflected their iconic brand, streamlined their eCommerce experience, and integrated seamlessly with their Sage stock control system. Their existing site was dated, difficult to navigate — particularly on mobile — and required heavy manual effort to keep stock levels accurate.

Solution.

We designed and developed a responsive, visually compelling website with clear category navigation and streamlined paths to purchase, resulting in an average checkout time reduction of over 90 seconds. The eCommerce store now connects directly to their Sage system, keeping stock levels up-to-date and eliminating hours of manual reconciliation.

We also implemented Google Pay and Apple Pay to support their growing mobile audience, which saw a remarkable 73% increase in mobile sales after launch. SEO-focused architecture and content helped drive a 130% lift in organic traffic over 12 months, while improved usability and trust signals nearly doubled their conversion rate.
